A Small Update to Digital Gratuities

At Kneaded Relief, we're always looking for ways to better support our incredible team while making your experience as seamless as possible.

Beginning Sept 1st, you'll notice a small change if you choose to leave a gratuity electronically. Thanks to a new feature through our payment provider, Meevo, your gratuity can now be deposited directly into your provider's account—meaning they receive it immediately rather than waiting until payday. 

To make this possible, Meevo charges a processing fee of 2.75% plus $0.60 per gratuity transaction (this equates to just over $1 for a $20 tip). This fee applies only to the gratuity amount, not to your entire service purchase, and it is paid directly to Meevo—not to Kneaded Relief. 

We wanted to let you know about this change ahead of time so you can choose the gratuity option that works best for you. As always, cash gratuities are welcomed and are not subject to any processing fee.
