All participants should come to class with an open mind and an empty stomach (It is recommended not to eat at least two hours before class begins) Wear loose comfortable clothing and no shoes Each student will need a mat and a blanket for class. Anyone who has or had any cardio-vascular problems must get written permission from their doctor before attempting the inverted positions.
