Donations
Kneaded Relief Day Spa & Wellness believes in giving back to the communities we serve through our donations program. The programs we support come from our business philosophies and guest concerns. Due to the number of donation requests we do receive, we unfortunately cannot donate to personal causes.
Requests for a donation must be submitted in writing, including the following:
1. A consise description, including purpose and objectives
2. Amount of request
3. Date of Event
4. Contact person
5. Contact Information
6. Proof of non profit status under the Internal Revenue Code
7. The goal your event is trying to reach or what you have raised in the past
All requests will be evaluated by the Donation Department. Any short-notice donations will not be accepted. Donations are made in the form of Kneaded Relief Gift Certificates to be used for products and/or services. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
